World Cup Football, 2010 Was held at South Africa in June-July. The world cup was won by Spain and the runner up was Netharland. The game was held in Africa but the craze of football was seen in Nepal also. The Nepalese people was in the loadshedding, but it does not affect the people to watch the game in night also.
In Nepal, the world cup gives the special message for the Government of Nepal. About 25% of the Nepalese was interested in that game. People was normally follow the Brazil and Argentina. Some people was in favour of England and other countries but most of them who knows the players of Brazil and Argentina.
When the game was started, people of Nepal was excited that who will win the games. when the Argentina become out in quarter final, most of the Nepalese became sad. They think, The world cup is not interested now. but in final games, most of the people was in the theater, in the cinema hall, in the resturent and in the place where the space was available for the projector in the city area specially in Kathmandu. The Final games was enjoyed by all the Nepalese who interested in the games.
